Public data on school taxation

The CGTSIM collects school taxes for all taxable properties within the territories served by the school service centres and school boards on the Island of Montréal.

Anyone, whether a property owner or a tenant, and whether or not they have a school tax account, can access public data on school taxation through our secure online platform. Searches are conducted using the property’s address, role number or land registry.
